Yes, we advise you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.
So how do I register?
Click on the “Create Account” button on top bar of the page and fill up your name, email address and preferred password. For fast register, you may direct login using your Facebook Account too.
What happens if I forget my password?
Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.

means no matter how many pcs you buy, we only charge one (1) time postage per order
How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
Item will be delivered to your doorstep in + - 7 working days after your payment *
* Delay due to custom clearance & poslaju will be considered as exceptions.
* Working days not including Saturday, Sunday & public holidays

Returns and Exchanges
Orion Dream accepts 1 to 1 exchange with goods conditions as below **:
1. Defective such as torn/sewing
2. Major color difference (example: order blue color but received red color)
:: slightly color difference due to lighting and monitor effect is not entitle for exchange.
3. Size difference from item description more than + - 3cm
Please inform us by email to email@example.com within 3 days after good received
Please retain original plastic bags & tag (if have) for return purpose
To be returned goods have to be sent back to Orion Dream within 4days
**Orion Dream will only make product 1 to 1 exchange if fulfil 1 of the 3 conditions as stated above
Will the items OUT OF STOCK after I paid?
Occasionally, items might be sold out due to too high demand, factory suddenly stop productions or other reasons.
This is unavoidable situation, if you had paid but we had sold out, sorry that we have to ask for your forgiveness and will request whether you like to make a replacement to other items or we refund for you.
What if the replacement items I chose, the price is different with what I paid for?
1. if the replacement item is priced higher than what you paid for, we will request for your topup of the price difference.
2. If the replacement item is priced lower, we will refund you the balance amount accordingly.
